The Classic Trucker 6006 has 5 panels, the Retro Trucker 6606 has 6 panels – both with a mesh back and plastic snap closure. Same colour, same logo: your team looks consistent, even if not everyone wears the same model.

One size or Flexfit size

Snapbacks and trucker caps are one size and adjust at the plastic snap. The Classic Snapback 6089M also comes in Toddler, Kids and Youth in some colours, the Retro Trucker 6606 in Kids. Caps without a closure are chosen by size: the Wooly Combed 6277 from Youth to XXL, the Flexfit 5 Panel 6560 in S/M and L/XL.

Behind Flexfit is Yupoong. The company started with fabrics in 1974 and filed the patent for the first Flexfit stretch cap in 1994.

Trucker, snapback or Flexfit: the right cap for your team

Flexfit is the cap brand of Yupoong. The trucker caps with a mesh back are the Classic Trucker 6006, Classic Trucker two-tone 6006W, Retro Trucker 6606 and 5-Panel Retro Trucker 6506. They are joined by the snapbacks Classic Snapback 6089M, Classic 5 Panel Snapback 6007, Curved Classic Snapback 7706, 5-Panel Curved Classic Snapback 7707 and the Organic Cotton Snapback 6089OC in organic cotton. You adjust all of them at the plastic snap.

Without a closure, the Wooly Combed 6277 comes in 33 colours from Youth to XXL and the Flexfit 5 Panel 6560 in S/M and L/XL. On top come the Adjustable Bucket Hat 5003AB and the angler hat 5004AH. We usually embroider your logo in the centre of the front, and the embroidery file is always included.

The trucker caps: Classic Trucker 6006 in 6 colours, Classic Trucker two-tone 6006W in 7 combinations, Retro Trucker 6606 in 17 colours and 5-Panel Retro Trucker 6506 in 8 colours. All have a plastic snap closure.
Snapbacks such as the Classic Snapback 6089M are one size and adjust at the plastic snap. Flexfit caps such as the Wooly Combed 6277 have no closure and fit through stretch; you choose the size from Youth to XXL.
Usually we embroider the front, and the embroidery file is included in the price. The Flexfit 5 Panel 6560 and the Classic Trucker 6006 and 6006W are also suitable for screen printing. Before production you get a digital preview to approve.
